Qiaotian’s multi-functional flexible switching demonstration platform for body-in-white manufacturing integrates the QT-650 quick-change disc with resistance welding guns, FDS guns with integrated fastener feeding, and vision-equipped trimming and cap-replacement all-in-one machines. It simulates multi-process automated production scenarios for body-in-white fabrication.

Addressing prevalent challenges in welding environments including electromagnetic interference, multi-energy supply, material conveyance and frequent production changeovers, the QT-650 quick-change system enables fast switching and stable operation of robotic end tools. Featuring modular design and high expandability, it supports diverse processes such as spot welding, FDS fastening, SPR joining, material handling, bolt tightening and visual inspection, allowing a single robotic workstation to deliver flexible, smart manufacturing.
