Static Display Area: Large Magnetic Plates and Industrial Connectors

A 3200T-class magnetic plate specially designed for large injection molding machines will be exhibited on-site. This exhibit measures 3 meters × 1.8 meters, with a thickness of only 47mm and a weight of 1.5 tons. Through the physical display, visitors can intuitively understand its ultimate ultra-thin design and powerful adsorption force, which ensure the stable operation of the mold change process.

Addressing the pain points of plugging and unplugging energy pipelines during mold changes, Qiaotian Intelligent will showcase highly integrated industrial connectors. This module can centrally connect water, electricity, gas, and oil pipelines, achieving one-key automatic plugging and unplugging with the mold interface. This fundamentally eliminates human errors and guarantees the continuity and safety of production.
